The meeting lasted 20-25th of October 2019.
Each school of the project was represented by two teaches and five students. Twenty of the Polish students’ families hosted twenty guests students.


Monday 21.10.2019
The first day of the meeting started with the Welcome ceremony at the school gym with all the guessts and the whole school community of Primary School nr 46 in Częstochowa. Students of Class 4 b danced a polonaise and Class 2 presented a dance of Kracoviak.

History of Poland in a capsule was presented by Class 3 studens of Ms Beata Szczygłowska and Class 8 Ms Dorota Grocka Czepiczek.

Getting to know the school building
Maths lesson for all project students. Ms Dorota Grocka Czepiczek, a Maths teacher, prepared a lesson on geometrical figures, perspective and architectural masterpieces of the project countries.



Graffiti – art or vandalism?
Students considered given examples and then get to know more about street artists signatures, tags. Students could feel like taggers and design their own picture signatures.


The project participants had the chance to visit an atelier of a well-known painter, Tomasz Sętowski who lives in Czestochowa and has painted many street art masterpieces in the city.

A trip to Kraków
Guided workshops at Stanisław Lem Science Garden
Students were working on interactive models while listening to explanation given by the guides. The guides focused students attention on the topics of Optics – experiments with light, shape and colour perception by the human eye, interesting and funny mirror effects; and Acoustics -in main roles, unusual musical instruments, including the most important one: your vocal chords.
